Rhinestone Decorated Apparel

Increase your profits with customized rhinestone apparel!

Combine a Roland engraving machine with Roland's R-WearStudio* and you can create rhinestone templates. 
*Or your design software coupled with Dr. Engrave or EngraveStudio

The process is simple:

1.  Create your design.

There are several options for creating your design:

  • R-Wear Studio
  • CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator coupled with Dr. Engrave
  • CorelDraw or Adobe Illustrator coupled with EngraveStudio (included with EGX-350)
 
 

 

2. Engrave your design.

Use one of these Roland Engravers to engrave your design on your engraving stock:

  • EGX-30
  • EGX-350
  • EGX-360
  • EGX-400
  • EGX-600
 

 

3.  Add hot fix rhinestones to template.

Use a pad style painter's brush to brush the rhinestones into the template.  Also, by placing the template in a tray, you will be able to easily pick up unused rhinestones.

 

 

4.  Attach heat transfer tape and transfer rhinestones to shirt using your heat press.
 

 

You now have a finished high-end product in no time!
